Kinship Across Genders – A Panel & Collective Exploration

Jenny Lee, Ben Browner & Friends

In a cultural moment marked by both profound awakening and deep polarization, many of us are asking new questions about gender, identity, belonging, and relationship. What does the current gender zeitgeist feel like? Who is it serving? What becomes possible when we move beyond assumptions, projections, and prescribed positions to meet one another with greater curiosity, clarity, and care? Through a blend of panel discussion, collective interaction and song, this experience will invite a nuanced exploration of what kinship across genders might look and feel like in practice.

Drawing from the communities of Temple of Belonging, MANiFEST, and beyond we’ll explore themes of compassion, peacemaking, and relational bridgework across the gender spectrum. Together, we’ll examine the stories, expectations, and inherited assumptions that often keep us from right relationship, with ourselves and with one another. Let’s make space for honest inquiry about what it means to be allies and teammates in a rapidly changing world.

From classical understandings of masculine and feminine, the broad spectrum between, to emerging definitions beyond modern day identity politics, we invite a simple truth: We are humans first. Across our differences, can we discover deeper belonging? Can we court unity without erasing diversity?

Join us as we map possibilities for a more compassionate and connected future, together.

JENNY LEE is a musician, healing artist, wisdom carrier and founder of the Temple of Belonging, the first bio-regional women’s gathering that is aimed to celebrate and cultivate the wisdom, wildness and true wellness of local women. Her work lives at the intersection of personal transformation and collective culture, exploring what becomes possible when belonging is treated not as a feeling to attain, but as a practice to embody.

Drawing from decades of experience in the healing arts, ceremony and breathwork, depth coaching, bodywork, and earth-based spirituality, Jenny creates spaces where people can meet themselves with greater honesty, courage, and wholeness. Through her teaching and flagship program Truth Training, she helps people disentangle from inherited stories and reclaim a more authentic relationship with themselves, one another, and the living world.

Part mentor, part artist, part goofball, Jenny’s work invites people beyond self-improvement and into something deeper: the lifelong practice of becoming fully human together.

Drawing from living systems thinking, liberating structures, and participatory expression, he’s passionate about creating environments where people can rediscover the power of community.

Healthy men are needed now more than ever, and essential to healthy families, partnerships, children and culture. Through MANiFest and his broader work with Revival Gatherings, Ben’s prayer is to foster spaces where people of all genders and backgrounds can learn, heal, celebrate, grieve, grow, and contribute their unique gifts to a rapidly changing world.
