Cacao Allies: Embodying Ethics with Ceremonial Cacao

 Join ceremonial cacao expert Nick Meador to learn about ethical ways to find, connect with, and share ceremonial cacao in modern settings.

Nick will talk about the main pillars of what it means to be a Cacao Ally in today’s world, based on a decade of collaboration with indigenous cacao artisans and spiritual guides in places of pre-Hispanic sacred cacao connection.

There are indigenous prophecies of cacao spreading around the world at this time to help us re-connect to ourselves, each other, and the earth. But there are respectful and disrespectful ways of working with cacao, and Nick will teach about the difference.

We’ll also taste at least one single-origin cacao variety and experience a guided meditation to help you deepen your own unique relationship with cacao as a plant medicine.
