Anna Mae’s deep curiosity & passion for the healing alchemy of inner work has led her to explore & experience many forms of artistic expression, meditation, movement & healing. From the Operatic Stage to the ((Sound)) Alchemy Studio, from the realms of Theatre & Dance to those of Yoga, Somatics & Qigong, her journey has been a pendulum swing between the expression of ART & the service of HEALING. After years of performance & play in both realms, she has come to find the two are intrinsically linked. Healing is Art & Art is Healing. This weaving of expression & service is the ALCHEMY of her path.
Originally trained in Classical Voice, Theatre & Dance, Anna Mae continues to share her passion for music & the embodied arts through Transformative Sound Bath Immersions, Mythosomatic Yoga + Qigong Practices, Alchemical Songwriting, and her work as a Vocal Embodiment Coach.
