Terms of Service

Welcome to the Imagine Music & Arts Festival on Orcas Island (the “Festival”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your attendance, participation, and any purchases related to the Festival organized by Imagine Gathering LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing tickets, entering the event venue at Doe Bay Resort or any related locations, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not attend or participate.

Ticket Sales and Policies
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as explicitly stated. All sales are final, and we reserve the right to refuse entry or revoke tickets for violations of these Terms. Prices include applicable fees but exclude shipping or processing costs. Resale above face value is prohibited; valid tickets must be purchased through authorized channels like our official website (imaginegathering.com). Lost, stolen, or duplicate tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

Event Access and Conduct
Entry is permitted only to ticket holders 18 years or older, unless accompanied by a guardian. Valid government-issued photo ID is required. We reserve the right to search bags and persons for safety, and prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, glass containers, drones, and professional recording equipment. Respectful conduct is mandatory—no harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior. We will set the tone for a positive, immersive experience; violations may result in immediate ejection without refund.

Health and Safety
Attendees assume all risks related to health, weather, or venue conditions on Orcas Island. Follow posted COVID-19 or health protocols, including masking if required. Consume alcohol responsibly; no open flames or fireworks. In case of emergency, follow staff instructions and use designated medical areas. We are not liable for personal injuries.

Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us, Doe Bay Resort, artists, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims arising from attendance, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, or cancellations due to weather, acts of God, or force majeure. The Festival occurs outdoors; prepare for Pacific Northwest elements like rain.

Cancellation and Changes
We may postpone, cancel, or alter the Festival for safety or unforeseen reasons, with ticket value credited toward rescheduled dates where possible. No cash refunds for cancellations. Lineups are subject to change without notice, as seen in past editions featuring evolving electronic and world music acts.

Privacy and Media
We may photograph, film, or record the event for promotional use, granting us perpetual rights without compensation. Do not share unauthorized recordings. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, available on our site.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Washington state law. Disputes shall be resolved in San Juan County courts. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
