Rae is a professional silk fan teacher, embodiment coach, classically trained dancer, and captivating performer with over 30 years of dance and performance experience.

She has toured with artists like Seven Lions and Ayla Nereo and performed at renowned festivals, including Envision Festival, Shambhala, and Lightning in a Bottle. As the founder of Chrysalis Silk Studies, Rae guides over 1000 students in 60 countries worldwide to explore the art of silk fans–blending dance technique, flow arts, and soulful expression.

Known for breaking down complex movements with clarity, Rae makes mastering challenging techniques feel intuitive and accessible.
