No matter your age or ability, you’re invited to journey through the medicine wheel, a rich symbol found in many Indigenous cultures around the world. Each direction—East, South, West, North, and Center—represents a season, an element, an emotion, and a part of the body.

As you move through each phase, you’ll be gently guided to:

  • Strengthen your organs and boost your energy

Bio

Hayley Shannon (she/her) is a somatic practitioner and dance artist who is known for generating spaces that foster embodied transformation. In 2016, she founded Dance Healing and has since guided hundreds of adults to embody their authentic truth and heal using movement, creativity and community. She weaves a multiplicity of modalities with her clients who hail from all over the world, including breathwork, qigong, dance and creative expression. Hayley is passionate about bridging the personal with the collective and planetary healing that we need at this time.
