J4ME5 is a veteran of the electronic underground, with a journey that began in Denver's 1990s rave scene, moved through Chicago's legendary house scene, to Seattle, Portland and beyond. His eclectic sets blend bass funk, acid house, 2 step, UK garage, tech house, and breaks, sculpting narratives from sound. A frequent presence at Imagine, with appearances at Decibel Festival (Seattle) and Cascadia, J4ME5 has shared the stage with Richie Hawtin, Terry Mullen, Keoki, Amon Tobin, and the Ninja Tune Crew… and many others.
